Mission Statement
The New Hampshire Association of Natural Resource Scientists (NHANRS) mission is to promote the responsible use of natural resources and the natural resource science professions in New Hampshire, as well as to represent the diverse private, public, and educational interests of our membership.
NHANRS holds 3 Quarterly Membership Meetings and 1 Annual Conference/Membership Meeting each year.

The September Quarterly Membership Meeting will be on September 30 at the Common Man in Concord, NH. It promises to be an interesting evening with guest speaker, Serita Frey! Visit our Events page to download a registration flyer!
At the September Quarterly Meeting, we will also be voting on proposed changes to the bylaws. Paid members should be receiving these in the mail with the latest edition of RESOURCE, NHANRS bi-annual newsletter.

Larry Morse will be stepping down from his position representing NHANRS on the Wetlands Council. If you are interested in being considered by the Board of Directors for this position, please send a letter of interest and a current resume to the NHANRS Administrative Assistant no later than September 24, 2010.

Larry Morse is also temporarily serving on a Water Quality Committee as part of the work for HB 1305. If you are interested in representing NHANRS on this Committee, please contact either Sherrie Trefry (sherrie.trefry@gza.com) or the NHANRS Administrative Assistant (nhanrsadmassist@aol.com).

As of January, 2009 the NH Joint Board requires certified individuals to obtain their own proof of attendance at membership meetings. NHANRS members who wish to claim their NHANRS membership for 1.0 CEU/year must download the applicable meeting attendance rosters, highlight their name and submit these rosters with their renewal application.
